Important Information

• Minimum Age: 18+

• Registration and full payment close 7 days before the event

• No on-site registration or payment

• Places are limited

• Please arrive at least 60 minutes before your start time

• Suitable sportswear and running shoes are required

• The event takes place rain or shine unless participant safety requires changes

• All participants take part at their own risk

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes

• The organiser reserves the right to modify the schedule, course or start times if required for safety or operational reasons

Refund & Postponement Policy

In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid and will be automatically transferred to the new event date with the same benefits and access rights.

As the event is postponed and not cancelled, no refund will be provided. The existing ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event.

If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may request a ticket transfer to another person or contact the event management team regarding cancellation options. Such requests must be submitted at least 2 days before the event date.

Please note that ticket sales close 2 days before the event. After this deadline, no local ticket sales or ticket changes will be available, as all ticket sales are handled online only.
